Play areas

Toddler area

1–3 years inclusive height up to 100 cm

Maximum capacity 14 children at the same time

Soft Play area

4–12 years height up to 140 cm

Maximum capacity 35 children at the same time

Access to each area is decided based on the age, height and development level of the child. Where age and height fall into different categories, the Iustin Cafe Kids staff decides which area is appropriate, prioritising the safety of the child and of the other visitors.

Child registration

Access is granted only after the child is registered and the fee is paid.
On arrival, the child receives an individual identification wristband.
The wristband must be worn for the whole visit and shown on the way out.
The parent/guardian must be reachable throughout the entire visit.

Safety rules

No pushing, hitting or aggressive behaviour

No improper use of the equipment

No climbing on nets, walls or structures not meant for climbing

No sharp, hard or dangerous objects

No bringing in toys or objects that could cause injuries

No throwing objects

No access to technical areas or staff-only spaces

Staff may restrict access to an area or a piece of equipment if there is a risk to the safety of the child or of other children.

The "Unlimited" rate is valid on the day of payment, until closing time (22:00).

Footwear and clothing

Entry is allowed only without outdoor shoes and with socks on. Clothing should be comfortable, without accessories that can catch on the equipment.

Food and drinks

Eating, drinking and chewing gum are not allowed inside the play areas. Food and drinks are allowed only in the designated areas.

Health condition

Children with symptoms of a contagious illness are not allowed in. Please tell the staff about anything relevant to your child's safety.

Length of the visit

Time starts at registration. Extensions are possible for an extra fee. Unused time is not carried over. Rates are valid until 22:00 at the latest.

Maximum capacity

We respect the maximum capacity for the children's safety. Once it is reached, access may be temporarily suspended.

Personal belongings

Iustin Cafe Kids is not liable for personal belongings that are lost, forgotten or damaged.

Accidents and emergencies

Any incident must be reported to the staff immediately. In an emergency, follow the staff's instructions.

Video surveillance

The Iustin Cafe Kids premises may be monitored by video for the safety of visitors and the protection of people and property.

Opening hours

Daily 10:00 – 22:00.

Following the rules

By paying for access and bringing the child in, the parent confirms that they have read these rules and agree to follow them.
